Undervolt & Co. is a label for experimental video artists. Founded in 2013, we are an online artist-run distributor of time-based art. With an emphasis on the immediacy of image and sound, the label has amassed an archive of curated works by a select network of international artists.
In addition to providing a distribution framework for artists, Undervolt & Co. also works closely with curators, programmers and educators in the programming of audio-visual presentations to public audiences worldwide. We have worked with institutions, festivals and organizations like Aurora (Dallas), the Museum of the Moving Image (New York), the Cinefamily (Los Angeles), VIA Festival (Pittsburgh), Drake Hotel (Toronto), the Wrong Digital Arts Biennale and more.
Undervolt & Co. is committed to supporting artists who earnestly challenge the possibilities of their medium, with the aim to independently establish a significant online video archival institution.
